Acro Camping in the beautiful Sussex countryside

I am SO excited to be offering a weekend full of AcroYoga in the beautiful Sussex countryside!

There will be 4 workshops, delivered by not only myself but fellow Brighton teachers Neilon Pitamber Alison Hadley and Lee Evans plus plenty of time to jam, relax and explore the wonderful countryside!

The workshops will be varied in content (flows, whips, pops, counterbalances, handstands, standing ect) and also the level, meaning that the weekend is open to everyone, those with prior experience as well as beginners.

£110 for the weekend includes camping pitch, hot tub use on Saturday evening and ALL workshops

Saturday workshop only pass 10am-6pm: £50
Sunday morning class only 10am-12.30pm: £20

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: Food (please bring your own and/or there is a small on site shop), camping equipment (please bring your own tent, sleeping mattress, bag ect)

Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and constantly updates her experience at European Acrobatic conventions.

Since starting gymnastics and acrobatics as a child, Alison has maintained a lifelong love of movement and fitness. Discovering AcroYoga in 2013 reignited her passion for partner practise and she has been developing her skills and training ever since.
Recently graduating from Partner Acrobatics Teacher Training programme, Alison is now exclusively working to share her skills and passion.

As a founder and Director of Eko UK Limited, Lee has developed a successful Information Technology company. Realising a physical need for movement, he started yoga in 2009 which quickly led to the partner practise of AcroYoga. For the past 4 years he has dedicated all his spare time to learning and developing his acrobatics skills.

Neilon is a Level 2 Certified AcroYoga instructor and the first AcroYoga teacher working in Brighton. As well as running regular open level and intermediate classes in Brighton he regularly teaches workshops, retreats, holidays and CPD units all over the UK and Europe. Neilon has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and is a Personal Trainer, Thai Yoga Massage therapist and martial arts instructor.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £10.
No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of start date. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the weekend.
