AcroYoga: Move your base @ Preston Park clocktower

All levels welcome to a new Acro offering, outside for summer, focused on additional options to traditional L basing - still beginner friendly. 60 minutes class including warm-up, followed by a free jam with circus friends. Drop-in class, also available on Move GB & ClassPass.

All levels welcome. Taught alongside Neilon Pitamber, we split the class for ability, but warm ups and cool downs are together. Drop-in class, also available on Move GB.

Thai Massage

After training in Thailand I am happy to be offering Thai Massage treatments. These can be from 30 minutes - 2 hours at varying prices. Thai massage traditionally starts at the feet, works throughout the body and I like to finish with head massage and some essential oils. Get in touch to book.

Early (for me!) morning Friday flow class is set to music and includes sun salutations, balance and moments of stillness. Drop-in class, also available on Move GB & ClassPass.

Vinyasa Flow @ Studio.iO

Mid morning Friday flow class is set to music and includes sun salutations, balance and moments of stillness. Drop-in class, also available on Move GB & ClassPass.

7pm - 9pm

Acro Jam @ Brighton Ki centre

Organised by friends Lee & Ali, we have an open session to practice, share tricks, and usually take a group photo.

AcroYoga @ Preston Park

All levels welcome. Class includes Acro-fit, handstands, technique based flows (catered to ability - for example beginners can work on a static pose) as well some jam time and a Thai massage cool down. Now outside for summer - find me just north of the tennis courts, and feel free to stay for a jam after class. Drop-in class, also available on Move GB & ClassPass.
